As Georgian I would say it’s not enough Jucy, no bouillon inside. Upper part is to big versus main structure of Khinkali. Missing some spices and not enough onion.

Diese Chinkalli schmecken wirklich wie in Georgien. Beim Essen hat man fast das Gefühl direkt ins Zentrum von Tiflis versetzt zu werden.
