Yes, we offer two delivery options:
For customers within a radius of approximately 70 km around Lucerne, we offer local delivery.

Additionally, we ship our products by post throughout Switzerland and to Liechtenstein.

Yes. Mail delivery is possible throughout Switzerland and to Liechtenstein – for frozen products.

The products are delivered in a sturdy cardboard box with sustainable paper insulation. Shipping is done frozen, with dry ice reliably maintaining the cold chain throughout transport. This ensures that the products arrive 100% frozen.

Should your products, contrary to expectations, not be delivered completely frozen, please contact us at info@proviant-sib.ch – we will find a suitable solution as quickly as possible.

Thanks to a special agreement with our delivery service, the package can be delivered even if you are not at home. In this case, it will be left at your doorstep or at an agreed-upon location.

According to our General Terms and Conditions, you are responsible for receiving the package on the day of delivery by 7:00 PM at the latest, opening it, and immediately storing the products in the freezer.

Our sustainable insulated packaging is made from recycled waste paper. It can be easily disposed of with waste paper and returned to the recycling loop.

Yes, pickup is possible.

Pickup: Mon–Fri by appointment. Closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

Yes, we exclusively use high-quality meat from Switzerland. We place great emphasis on quality, origin, and sustainable production.

Our frozen products have a shelf life of several months. The exact best-before date can be found on the packaging.

Shipping costs are transparently displayed at checkout and vary depending on the region, delivery method, and order value.

As your order value increases, you benefit from more attractive shipping conditions – in many cases, free delivery is possible.

We offer you flexible payment options: cash, TWINT, credit cards (Visa, Mastercard), as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.

For corporate clients, there is also the option of payment by invoice with a payment deadline.

Yes, depending on the region, you can choose a desired delivery date.

Yes, all payments are processed via secure and encrypted connections. We work with reliable payment providers, so your data is protected at all times.
